Your previous residency on this forum was on a Mesa thread so I'm leaning toward 1989 being your birth year - in which case, nice deception. But it also damages your reputation to the point where it's probably best to create a new login ID.

Food for thought. AMR pays their 757 Captains $242/hr. FEDEX pays their 757 Captains $262/hr. And they have an A fund still. That's a 13% and 20% raise. And FEDEX has a TA to go higher that's most likely going to go down in flames.

Now I'm not an idiot. I realize that due to pay banding I've plucked the most favorable seat for my example since all Captains at FEDEX get paid the same. But a yes vote from me is going to need to be on the north side of that 13% below AMR.

I do feel very strongly about the importance of furlough retro for longevity and improvements to the reserve rules even though I'm not affected by them. Both of those are in real need of fixing.

FedEx's top (15 year) narrowbody (757) Captain rate is currently around $225; the top (15 year) widebody (767) Captain rate is around $261.

The TA would add 10% upon date of signing to those rates.

I believe you are thinking of UPS, where pay is the same regardless of fleet type.

My 66 number has nothing to do with my age its road 66 ... DA

So.. will 'Compensation' also correct the (now staying in the fleet, not being retired) 76-3's payrate- to match the 76-4?

Should be a fun few months coming up~

We already have two contractual 3% raises coming over the next 15 months. Don't buy the same pay raise twice....
