Lots of advisements of cancellations going out that sound very bad. This during what is supposed to be the busiest time of the year…

I haven’t been JA’d in weeks, which is a first in a long time.

What have displacement bids looked like in the past?

A 14.F Realignment Bid is run first, reducing at least three positions in one or more places and adding positions in one or more places. Realignments can add total positions.

After the Realignment, any remaining excess positions go through a 14.G Displacement Bid.

Could this mean that junior FOs might lose their seat and fleet?

Part of what they have done in the past is overbuild schedules during peak. It is easier for them to throw everything they think they may need and cancel it rather than dump stuff in OT and hope to cover it. Not saying that is what is happening here, but that is something to consider.
