UPS 2023 Hiring
#211
I'm so new to all this that I'm still new with a side of newness. At many of the majors they say "apply early and often, just keep your stuff updated." I'm out of OE with 100 hours at my first commercial job post military helicopters in 757/767s. Does UPS feel the same way? Apply early and often or are they more "get out of here kid, you bother us. Come back when you're ready"?
So, apply when you can and apply again every year you don't get hired if UPS is the place you want to end up. It's been a lot of waiting for me. Which makes sense...they're a relatively small flight operation. The upside is, imo, they have the easiest app to fill out--which is nice.
I'm currently at indoc at a big 3 legacy fwiw.

Not saying this is the case but the window was reopened for some people that were already in the pipeline. Gonna guess if you weren't one of those that got the reapply email you won't be one of the 100 or so mentioned above.
