I can easily see no more hiring this year, provided they don't place any additional orders or something else unexpected. 2024 with no hiring seems like a pretty big lift, though, given the retirement outlook.

Back to the original post regarding not hiring this year or next, name another airline besides FedEx that isn't hiring right now, let alone all of next year. Not good
