Although flow is guaranteed, it is not a infinite thing. It will take a one slow down in the economy. Go to a regional that you don't mind being stuck in.

Looks like the pay increase has come at the same time AA has indicated a demand for increased flow.

If their first year FO pay is industry leading, they will fill classes. This is good for the Mesa pilot group, gives us more leverage for a better contract, as our classes will be empty.

I hope that the rumors are true. It will make me even happier that I chose to go to Envoy in January and said TBNT to the others. I'm glad I have my class date locked in. Excuse demand will be high.

And PSA and PDT can only come over to AA with the flow, Envoy is able to use either method.[/QUOTE]

For PDT this is INCORRECT. Now you may continue.

It's incorrect for PSA also you can get hired outside of the flow as well.

This would be good for all pilot groups. RAH, Endeavors, and the other "higher" starting pay companies helped force Envoy to raise the pay.

We will indeed. They won't make the other two sacrificial lambs, as we all have advantages for different applicants in our recruiting. We all will have a bunch of jets to staff. Leveling the pay and making it at or near the top of the industry will allow people to look further into the prospectus...
