Ditto! Should have left earlier on when I had the chance! It's interesting how you get lulled into believing and drinking AAYs company kool aid and truly believe it's great there and that "it will get better"
I go to work happy, not worried of said management and their morally obtuse leadership methods. Work is also way easier.....

Trust me, nobody will ever have to worry about RETIRING from Allegiant if the present path is not altered.

That was one of the main reasons I left. The others being no insurance, practically no retirement, no staffing, and work rules at the whim of management.
It seemed to me management was headed down the Valu Jet road, and really didn't care at all about it.
