Its like being two thirds through a bad movie, hoping that something is going to change and you're not going to feel like a complete idiot when the credits role. It never gets better. I can't imagine staying or even worse, retiring from Allegiant.

Trust me, nobody will ever have to worry about RETIRING from Allegiant if the present path is not altered.

That was one of the main reasons I left. The others being no insurance, practically no retirement, no staffing, and work rules at the whim of management.

It seemed to me management was headed down the Valu Jet road, and really didn't care at all about it.

Figured that would happen and I can't imagine what else is to come from them.....
