The MERLOT program is leased from the company in New Zealand. The part that gives you your actual schedule, that is a homebrew spreadsheet done by an Allegiant employee.
While I know his name, I'm not sure it would be appropriate to post it publicly here, since he is just doing what he has been told, and is not in management.

Maury also owns this test aircraft... Wonder if he's tied to this company? And if it's really as good as it sounds why aren't we using this mod to help save our weak a$$ motors?

The United TA passes. +16% pay raise on top of current rates. My expectations for our new contract continue to go up the longer they drag their feet. I hope we strike soon. I will vote no until we're parallel with legacy pay. An airplane is an airplane. Their 1st year pay will be almost what out 3rd is. 2nd year is about $121.80. Time to pay up MG.

We could show up demanding more. From the looks of it however, it's going to take a strike to get a contract. Once we are on strike all bets are off. If we vote down a crap TA, we get to go right back on strike. I feel once we get to the point of a strike, we might as well keep it shut down until we get comparable pay to the legacies. I'm willing to strike as long as it takes.

And that's the problem right there. Greed rearing its ugly head again. You are so foolish to think or even demand legacy pay!! We are not a legacy for heaven's sake! Be happy getting a nice raise, something reasonable. What good is it to get legacy rates when it will drive us to bankruptcy in a few years. It's alarming the kind of reasoning some of you have out there, it makes the pilot group sound ridiculous. Demanding better pay rates, sure, better schedules sure, more 401k match, absolutely. Demanding that the company re invest in their maintenance program and straighten it out, yes. Legacy pay??? Get your head examined sir/madam.

How much revenue does a flight on either the -80 or 320 bring in per flight. How much does Allegiant charge per ticket? What is G4's RASM and CASM?
What a pilot group typically strives for is comparable pay for comparable equipment....
