You're saying that if the president wins re-election, his own government is going to act like the work put in by the 3 billion they smartly invested achieved nothing. The company who will become infinitely successful will throw away their research because they don't like the president. We are living in special times, folks.

My friend was saying if Biden wins a vaccine won’t be necessary, covid will just disappear.

Because he told them he tried 121 and wanted to get back to corporate. Resigning from 121 and getting a job while furloughed are entirely different

Not if they agree to resign. As far as I know, UPS and/or Fedex both require a resignation from a pilot on leave or furlough from another company in order to be hired (not interviews just hired). So there is a way

Congratulations! Way to go Richard. Now is not the time for self promoting, so I did it for you

Here is the thing some are gonna land softly and others this is gonna hurt. Don’t make people who are already in a tough spot feel worse. Now more then ever we should be united and looking out for each other.

Unfortunately, that is not possible in the US.

It's my poo doesn't stink, but the other side one does, because they are evil ____.

The only way fixing the great divide is to pull the plug on FOX, CNN, MSNBC etc. that keep heating up people's emotions.

Make politics boring again.

At the risk of unintentionally being an even bigger dick just how am I supposed to stand united? I saw where someone put together a website for crew to share business contacts but other than networking and encouraging each other just what am I supposed to do to be united with other furloughed pilots.

I kinda thought dropping a little encouragement that being willing to expand a skill set could open up other opportunities was a good thing. I guess I was just bragging and being a dick. Sure didn’t intend for it to come across that way. But whatever. Stressful times for us all.
