FYI: for those staying in a hotel in the PAE area Lynwood has a great community center with gym and a pool for $5.25. It's just a short walk from the Courtyard Marriott. It sure beats the hotel "gym".

Vacancy Bid 2014-08 is out. The only NH slots I saw were the 20 in CVG on the 767 (for a total of 76 CVG 767FO's). Twenty of the JFK 767FO's and 6 of the CVG 767FO's have been released from their seat lock, so I'd be surprised if we see any NH's going into the 747 over the next several months.

The only place I've heard of is the Hilton Hotel. It's better than he Garden but not a true gym. And it costs a bit. You can always just run through the rice paddies. Other than that there isn't much there.

I'm a big fan of arm curls at the Jet Lag Club.

Default Recent 767 NH schedule / QOL

Have searched but not found info on 76 QoL and schedule. Would any recent NH care to PM me a sample of what a 76 sched might look like? I'm aware the 17 days per/mo doesn't change. The unverified rumor at work is they mostly fly N & S America DHL lines, less Europe/Asia stuff.

Thank you.

For a newhire most flying would be night DHL in north america out of CVG and deadhead to asia to fly around there and down to SYD. Some 17 day trips, some split trips. Someone on that airplane can probably help better. Once someone could hold JFK, they go everywhere, not much DHL stuff.
