It kind of depends on the new class timelines. Between HR and F2F for me was about a month. F2F to class was about 3 weeks. If you haven't heard from them in a month, call HR. They don't seem to have a problem with inquiry calls.

The training department at Omni is very good. But as I said before you have to be prepared. Now the company is another matter.They waste so much time and effort trying to control the crews.That alone would make me want to work for Atlas. ( I tried they didn't want me) plus the pay different is unbelievable. Other airlines concentrate on running the airline, and leave the flight ops to the chief pilot.Things might change but management is pretty hard core and have been this way a very long time

Your very quick to judge this guy , how about realizing what he is saying is true. Very very weak CP and his crony , there is only one guy in that office that knows what he is doing and nobody listens to him.
