Are you insinuating that there are not a few new hires from the last class with Sims in February. Funny because I could of swore that 2 are scheduled for Sims in February due to availability. Also is Omni not attending a recruiting event in March? I'm the last person to know it all I just posted facts from those in class.

Integrity it not something that most of the people in that office have.
CP: almost bombed out of 767 training, but the check airman miraculously got sent back to the line after challenging him
DO: on the pilot seniority list but not typed in anything we have on property. Union said they would just pencil whip a rating for him and besides, no one would ever want to fly with him.
Ass. DO: can't even go rent a 172 because he lost his medical due to a DWI, which just happens to be his latest screw up. It's a fairly long list. He is the epitome of "screw up to move up."
767 FM: obviously is slow because he didn't get his ass kicked enough by stepping up as a union leader so he went to management to further the ass kicking. He is only with integrity and a proven track record for trying to take care of the pilots.

Anyone who thinks they know what's going to happen here is delusional. The planes could already be sold,OR they could be getting some more .As far as the Sims and new classes, that's pocket change and could be canceled overnight. There are three maybe four people in the whole company who do,and they are all family. And we won't know till it's to late. For what it's worth,I think it's 50/50 that the planes are gone. They wouldn't have made the statement about it if it wasn't under consideration or already a done deal. So come here if you must,

You are my hero, VERY well put.
The only thing you are off on is the FM is a total ahole. He comes across like he is every bodies hero and looking out for them. He is only looking out for himself and will stab anybody in the back to get what he wants and look good to his bosses. I am sorry if you don't agree but maybe you and others just haven't seen it yet. Anyway I admire your comments.

Based off my dealings with the FM, if you are honest with him then he will try to take care of you. If you try to BS him then he will come down on you. He's not going to ask you something that he probably doesn't already know the answer to, just to see if you're honest with him.

Union leader to management that should show everybody that he has no loyalties to anybody but himself.
