Make sure you are ready for the training if you plan to go to Omni. They mean business!

I'm done.

If you've failed a checkride, been fired at a previous airline or lied on your Omni application don't worry you will get a class date. I'm done with flying with FO's who can't talk on the radio or land an airplane. FO's have been upgraded to captain that shouldn't be allowed to fly a paper airplane. I DH'd in the back of one of our recent Captains upgrades flights and I will take a middle seat for a 30 hour commercial on Dumb****erstan Airlines before I ride in the back of that jack wagons airplane again.

This Captain is leaving ASAP, so you can have my seniority number.

I foresee a massive hemorrhage of pilots (especially 767 drivers) as Amazon fleets up. The last contract offer will do nothing to stem the tide OR generate new hire interest.

I wouldn't worry about attrition here, the company is convinced they have tons of qualified people that want to work because this the best airline in the world.

I actually typed that last part out with only giggling a little instead of laughing loud enough for everyone in the house to hear.

They will continue to hire the cream of the crap because that is all that is willing to come here and be abused by this company. When it takes months of negotiating just to convince a company to try to treat an employee half way decently during a family emergency; that should be telling enough for any possible new hires about life here.
