Still, it's a very good company to be at, which has become even more apparent during the pandemic. Management really did a good job at quickly re-tasking the planes that were on programs that lost flying, and they captured enough work elsewhere to keep everybody employed with no furloughs, and even managed to run a few new hire classes during the year.
Job security/stability has value too.
Even then, there is always room for improvement.

None that I'm aware of. I'm scheduled to fly with a super-senior dude next week, I will ask the appropriate and usual questions and post here if there's anything interesting.
I may occasionally joke, as we all do, but I agree with Cujo (and everyone I've ever heard express an opinion who *currently* works here) that this is a danged good gig. I don't for a second imagine that happy pilots is the *first* priority of any airline management group (nor should it be), but it is my sincere impression that Omni management has a basically "we're in this together" attitude, and that goes a long way with me. It remains to be seen whether the, uhm, "more adversarial" relationship one sees at other ATSG companies will filter down. I don't see any big signs of that yet, and I look forward to the vaccine and what I hope will be greater opportunities for the company, and the attendant increase in hiring.

I think he means it's been there for a month. Not that it's, like, a limited engagement. Good thing since I think they're getting rid of the spaceship panel plane. Hard to figure wtf they were thinking having one plane with different checking requirements.
