I may occasionally joke, as we all do, but I agree with Cujo (and everyone I've ever heard express an opinion who *currently* works here) that this is a danged good gig. I don't for a second imagine that happy pilots is the *first* priority of any airline management group (nor should it be), but it is my sincere impression that Omni management has a basically "we're in this together" attitude, and that goes a long way with me. It remains to be seen whether the, uhm, "more adversarial" relationship one sees at other ATSG companies will filter down. I don't see any big signs of that yet, and I look forward to the vaccine and what I hope will be greater opportunities for the company, and the attendant increase in hiring.

I know we may not get a lot of information for awhile but I have some life decisions that need to be made soon and some of them will be easier to make if I know I have a potential shot at Omni within a year or less.
