It’s simple for low number aircraft carriers…. For example after a meeting of the minds based attrition, growth, upgrades, etc…
Additional crew requirement - 10
Interview 30
Invite 15 for training, (5 may not make through training (from day 1 to completion of line training)

Adjust above accordingly for future crew requirements based on previous training cycles.

4 Captain upgrades today
2 on 777
2 on 767
Off this bid Junior 777 went 4/2018 DOH
Off this bid Junior 767 went 4/2017 DOH

(Opinion) should have been 1.5 - 2 years ago, but for Covid.

Default Interview question.

Hey everyone,

Does Omni call or send an email for the invitation for an interview? Thanks for the help.

Good to see. I was told that both February classes are full. That is pretty positive as well.

What’s the probability of getting on the “secret” programs after being hired? Is it competitive? Also are there and different scheduling guidelines for it?

I would imagine the first rule of Fight Club concept applies here…. 😉

SS is unpredictable. A few years ago you could get in right away, recently the awards were a couple years senior for FOs. It’s a program I wouldn’t suggest as you will be out the full 16-17 days, flying close to guarantee but not over. So you’re working the most for not a whole bunch of money.

Myself, I prefer to work as little as possible for the guarantee, and if needed, taking OT to really make the extra cash. Right now it’s not advised to take OT for many reasons.

That’s not entirely accurate, but yeah, Fight Club. 😊
