Thank God. I have to say, it looks mostly like a petty personal statement to ***** about people picking up overtime. Nothing more. But you do you. I understand petty personal BS. We all have our "thing" we stand against or for, to make us feel better. I don't pick up overtime these days. I can guarantee it's not going to make or break the company or negotiation efforts if a few FO's pick up a couple hours of flying.

The training videos help a lot. You can find the videos from crewnet main page. Right side click “pilots corner” then from within the teams app; pilots corner, general, files…. They’re all there
Spend time in the hotel crew room. Study together in groups. Practice with your sim partner until the flows, profiles, callouts are on automatic. Use the CPT’s for the hand motions. Instructors are often there at the hotel crew room CPT’s also on their own time to help, make use of them.

They're on the Crewnet site. Are you currently in ground school? As soon as you have an ID and get all background checks done I believe you'll be able to log in to your Crewnet home page. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Also your instructor should have access to the vids. Maybe ask around.

click general in the left directory, then files along the top of the open general window. Presto… videos
Even the videos have minor bloopers as procedures and callouts and checklists do change. The best source are the current issue company manuals. The videos are great for making it all flow and make sense…. Just be sure to use current callouts and checklists.

Omni doesn’t have Gateway Travel, it is home basing. The first day of your schedule availability you will probably be traveling to your flight assignment or into a reserve status at an aircraft maintenance base. The same on your last day of availability. I hope that answers your question Peacemaker.
