One thing I thought was neat was that Omni gives each new hire class access to one or two vehicles. That is a nice touch.

I'm sure that'll make up for (near) the industry bottom retirement package.

Nope, it won't, but it's something that they offer that they don't need to.

Anyone have some insight on the virtual interview process? Seems like they were just recently doing in person and switched back to remote from what I was reading on aviationinterviews.com

You guys use the Flight Bag and specifically the Boieng OPT for your performance calculations?
(Some cheap US airlines do not use them on the 777 for some reason)

teledyne OPS program. May be changing as they are evaluating a different program.

our 767 classic sim is down for overhaul until sometime in July. Training is using outside sims for types, PC/PT and training.

So what are the work days like on the 76? Operating heavy crews often or usually just two guys and swapping pilots at some outstation for the planes long days?

I can't speak to currently, but I'd be shocked if much had changed. If it hasn't, then unless you're repositioning domestically, you've pretty much always got at least an R/O. More often than not two crews.
