What is the trip mix like at Compass? Is it all four days, or are there some day trips, two days etc?

Thanks, good to know. Is it easy to get a decent block of days off per month, say 6 or 7 in a row? Is trading trips and work days possible? Personal drops?

Sorry to bombard you with questions!

Do the junior guys ever get 2-day or day trips or do they mainly go senior? Also...if you get a 2-day or day trip do you still have a few days off between trips or do they schedule you for another trip in the next day or two? (I'm not 121 so I'm still not completely familiar with scheduling)

Depends on how much each trip credits, some go senior. They can give you trips back to back. You are supposed to get two days off in between work blocks, not trips.

It is rare to have a 6-7 day off stretch in a schedule. It can happen but don't count on it. Typically 3-4 day off stretches. Trading trips and work days are possible too but also can be difficult. All depends on the reserve availability and open time pot for trips.
