More days off in direct proportion to the reduction in hours. Work less, not for less.
A return to the previously higher tier of PS.
An additional amount of even higher PS the longer the lower credits remain.
The higher ALV previously negotiated drops back to where it was before permanently.
Binding RCC imput on future rotation construction.
UAL+ DH language.
A reserved JS on company metal scheduled in prior to report time fulfills the commuter clause, with pay protection.
The longer the lower ALV/GAR is in place, the higher the daily vacation value (pay and credit for the LCW) increases until we get to industry leading values, starting in the next vacation year. At least 15 minutes per day in increased value for every calender quarter the lower credits exist.
For every month one pilot is on furlough the max number of outsourced large RJ's permittable is permanently reduced by one.
All furloughed pilots shall have company paid access to medical benefits at active rates for at least one year.
While one pilot is on furlough, GS pays 1.25X and IA pays 3X if by robocall, 4X if jetbridge/ACARS assigned "gotchas".
Longer long call.
A percentage share of any future buybacks paid directly to the pilot group as a bonus.
Max SC in every month permanently reduced back to 6. If one pilot is on furlough its temporarily reduced to 5.
No hats.
That last one was an emotional/religious item as a "throw away" for us of course.

If that large a number is necessary Delta is most likely gonna have to do it from the top and bottom.
The training dept is already cutting staff. Training displacement pilots with months remaining and the cascade those displacements create is a tuff economic argument to make.
I see abt 600 AA pilots took the early out. Not seeing any reason pilot behaviors here will be markedly different

I think this should be negotiated before any ALV reductions.

Furlough pay is paid at B717 FO rates. If you are on a higher paying category just prior to furlough, your accrued vacation and full-service bank would be paid out at that rate.

I bet they don't totally park the 717 fleet for this reason. They don't want to have to pay furlough pay at the next higher rate!

This is exactly what I think. I would think it would be much cheaper in the long run to offer early retirements especially with training churn costs from both displacement bids and later reinstatement bids.
I think this should be negotiated before any ALV reductions.

Bingo. I'm picking up what you're throwing down, Denny Crane.

How about a resolution (subject to MEMRAT) that all GS/IA monies be paid into a fund for furloughed pilots? And I agree with the GS paying 1.25 and IA paying 3x with pilots on the street if the money went into the furlough fund.
