Hopefully DALPA will also bring to the arbitrator the 2019 announcement that Delta was terminating its contract with Compass, long before a sniff of the pandemic, but there was nary a hint they were trying to replace the flow down provisions with another carrier, for the peace of mind of mainline pilots, or to maintain additional 35 aircraft under low end scope outsourcing.

Will the EDV pilots that failed the DL interview be allowed to flow with this agreement?

Yes, every pilot at 9E is eligible.

We do have leverage and if used appropriately we can get alot of contractual improvements.

Stop it.

Those CRJs will be replacing the Republic 170s leaving DCI and going to American Eagle. The capacity management wants can be had by bringing back parked 717s and 220s. I doubt the arbitrator would side with the company because they are not trying to follow the intent of the flowback LOA/MOU...since it's a four party agreement.

SCOPE IS NOT FOR SALE

Seriously give it a rest man. You are a mouth piece for management on here. Compass doesn’t exist. LOA shouldn’t exist. Very poorly written LOA. You know as well as anyone that they are not following the intent of the LOA. So much so, that the only way to get this to work is to get the support of a couple thousand Endeavor pilots, their MEC, and make DALPA look like the bad guy by tying flow to tie scope to flow.

There are hundreds that have moved on so even if the flow were to happen we are talking about a very small number. Most in the top 200 probably aren’t even interested.

DALPA better pull their heads out of their asses and put their foot down on this issue. If you let them get away with this—it’s a MAJOR loss for us. I don’t care about flow. Flow them all day long. I’d love to see their entire pilot group here. They can come here and fly the 35 RJs. That would be a step in the right direction. DO NOT TIE OUR SCOPE TO FLOW AT ENDEAVOR.

If they don’t take the deal on their end. Delta will offer it to Skywest. Someone is gonna take it. I don’t have ill will towards 9E pilots or their MEC. I think this is a new low for our management team, and DALPA’s response here is critical.

Write your reps. That’s all I have to say on this front. I’ll be going for maximum screwage on my Covid shots/NFLY and won’t feel one bit bad about it.

Back to your “what’s the best time to put flaps out” conversation avgeeks.
thank you for this.

And to the other guy, I don't know that this is concessions. We have 110 LOA's signed on this contract. The most by any union in the regional industry. Some of our largest gains have been accomplished outside of section 6 via Loa. I agree we could've got more than an annual 2% increase. But I'm confident our guys can get more down the road through targeted bargaining.

Ummm....please read my post again. I completely against this scope transgression and I do not care if we come to an agreement on it (meaning if the RJs come back). My point was, I think all of us wants the company to succeed; but not at the expense of our contract.

Interesting that you know what HE meant but have zero clue what I meant.

Carry on.

Wow. You realize you said two opposite things. Scope is not for sale. I bet even management has no respect for you. Pitiful!
