You guys are focusing on the wrong thing. The silly games are 20% of the exercise. They're meant to wear you down for the lie detector test at the end. That's the part you actually need to pass. Be painfully honest and consistent, even when it makes you sound like a a-hole. The slightest whiff of dishonesty will get you a TBNT. Best of luck.

I attended last month the event in IAD. Very chill. The recruiter asked right away for a copy of my resume, asked if i had an app on file, if there was any checkride failure or anything missing in my app. He asked me why i left my previous company and then said I was qualified and that he was gonna have me called. Got the invite 3 weeks later. It took less than 10 minutes.

In regards to logbooks for the interview:
I have old fashioned logbooks. No digital programs. I've been at my current company for many years now, and they track my flights and send me an Excel spreadsheet once a month with all the information.
For the past few years, I've been taking the cumulative totals from the spreadsheets and make one entry per month in my logbook. So each of the previous five log page represents one calendar year and has twelve entries based off the spreadsheets.
Will this be viewed poorly in the interview? Should I start a new book and enter the past five years of individual entries?
Thank you for your time!

For me, not a word was said about my beautifully printed electronic logbooks except, 'your logbooks are on the table behind you. Please take them with you when leaving the room.'

Can you get the individual printouts and have them in a seperate binder? That would be best, imo.

Yes I will definitely bring the formal print-out from my current company.

Any specific prep company that has had good success? Looking at several right now. Also what fleet in ATL or MSP has the best seniority progression to line holder with weekends off? I’m assuming 717 in ATL but not sure about MSP? Thanks for the responses in advance.
