No. All aircrew certificates means all the certificates you hold. You don't hold a private certificate, you hold an ATP. Upload that. If you have a CFI, upload that.

Upload every card that you have, don't upload ones that you don't have.

I highly doubt that. Old certificates are irrelevant. All that you have. Not all you’ve ever gotten makes sense to me.

Follow....the....directions.....to a T....nothing more, nothing less.

If they say "all" without any other instructions like "only current" or "expired not required", then upload ALL!

You can only have one pilot certificate. Upload it front and back. They don't want to see your invalid private pilot certificate from 20 years ago.

You can also only have one flight instructor certificate. Upload it front and back.

Then upload any ground instructor, dispatch, mechanic, unmanned aerial, or any other FAA certificates you might have.

A good friend of mine is at a ULCC. He has 2700 TT, 1,000 of it in a 737 part 121. Does the hive mind think he’s better off upgrading? Or should he fly as much as he can right now to maybe sneak in?

If the pilot has a ATP, then Delta knows they have a PPL...that's not the point.

They want to know the person can follow directions.....it's not about proving they passed their PPL years ago.

At least that is what my hiring team mole told me.

When I got hired, I remember the instructions said to bring copies of all important documents and have them labeled. So i had a copy of my driver's license with a sticky that said "drivers license. And a copy of my birth certificate (which says birth certificate) with a sticky note that said "birth certificate".

Did I feel absurd putting it together? Yes.
Did it seem like overkill? Yes.
Did I get hired? Also yes.

I didn't do that and when I got back to the interview room with the 3 person panel, we did a review of my application. When we got to that page, I hadn't filled out my Private or Instrument dates (assumed the ATP covered it). So they had me rifle through my logbooks to get those checkride dates. I hadn't stickied the pages, so it was a few, quiet minutes of them staring at me as I flipped through my logs. Obviously I was hired, but that made an awkward start to the interview.

They sent fix it emails to applicants that had a week long break in employment from well over a decade ago. Some of those never received a call back. I would take nothing to chance.
