Has Delta made a decision?

BTW I wasn't trivilizing anything. Just seems union protections are/should be stronger than what some here think should happen because his actions aggrieve them. "But...but, I have daughters, and my wife!!!"

I travel to work in my uniform since that one time I forget my tie and epaulettes at home because I wasn't wearing them. Had to fly whole trip in a white shirt. Now I can't forget them if they are on. Plus like everyone said above. Kcm, gate agents etc. I've yet to have anyone try to strike up a convo. Maybe because I don't give them a chance and put in ear buds and watch my iPad.

If you commute in uniform you can consider yourself a tool. Maybe you just want others to see your flight standards lanyard and worship you.

Maybe not though.

I don’t see anything prosecutable. I just spent a week at the beach and saw way more photo taking.
Yeah, maybe nothing technically illegal. Although IIRC some jurisdictions have laws about "upskirt" photography.

But I think he should be, and probably will be, canned.

What other risks is he willing to take for what other motivations? I’m a little spooked that this fellow is/was presumably making decisions for the crew and passengers of our air line. Any one of our flight attendants or first officers who wants to will know the identity of this knucklehead and have plenty of justification to refuse working with him. For you folks who don’t see a problem here…thanks for reaffirming my decision never to go to law school.
Yup. Dude needs to working the night security guard shift at a warehouse, where he can surf porn on his phone to his heart's content without involving other people.

He needs help out the door. Not every bad or illegal choice is a "disease" or a result of historical injustice.

I wear it in case I get a rando, don't want to have to take my shoes, belt, watch, phone, EFB, and laptop out and put them in bins. Also don't want TSA confiscating my toothpaste, etc.

Not a bad idea. But I just avoid doing anything that would be newsworthy while in the cabin... pretty much just eat, drink, read, or sleep. I guess if somebody tries to hijack the plane, then I'll be on the news. Other than that, low profile. I don't photograph or video-tape anything in the cabin.

Haven’t seen anything publicly, but post #76 hints that the company has. I’m in agreement about the benefits of union protection. We’ll see how it plays out though.

This comment will get you canceled. Is it 2022 up in here or what?
