So who’s wearing hats? I’ve been through all of our east coast bases recently and haven’t seen a single pilot wearing a hat, including LCAs.

There aren't many, just remember to welcome anyone you see with a hat on to Delta and tell them you look forward to them being able to join us when they get off probation.

I’ve seen a couple of Non LCA 220 As out west recently… Both were relatively junior fellas, 9xxx system wide, no lanyard either. You are seriously that jaded towards your union in your 5 long years here that you can’t participate in a little solidarity?? Or is it just apathy or cluelessness?

I’ve seen the same and heard a lot of this crowd’s reasoning is they are afraid to lose their jobs with a strike. They upgraded so fast and are living beyond their means. Strike means financial hardship for them.
Everyone needs to help educate one another on unity .

I doubted it was real but just read the comments from one of the MEC chairman candidates. He states the companies current table position is 1.38 billion which would fit reasonably well with the posted rumor if their were also some vacation and DC improvements. It’s close to the 1.5 billion I now expect.

Big picture, please. They're willing to put the health of the company (and their long term careers) on the line.
Now that the vote has been tallied, and the results are in, can we please stop obsessing about loyalty tests?

Statistically speaking, they probably voted "yes" on a strike vote.

You’re not wrong. But I also think we are not wrong in being disappointed in our union brethren…
