We can use all the sick time in a row without needed a doctors note, unless you were above 120.

If you have 119:59 hrs used…the next sick call doesn’t trigger the doctors note.

If your AIP makes you feel better? Good for you. I really hope that TA doesn’t bring AA to Chap 11. I have a lot of friends that work at AA, always wishing them the best.

So…

If AA top rate pay = DAL current top pay…

That means we are getting 1% pay raise. Correct?

No. Has to be higher.

Ours does not apply to HI, period. §3.A.10.Exception:

Wow, really? I was not aware of that. That is incomprehensible at first blush. There would have to be some compelling reasons to make that palatable for "the average man". Those still on property get to stuff more "retro" in their pockets(greed) but that doesn't make it right. At the very least, it will cause division politics going forward between those close to retirement and all the others.

Since there is no cost associated that should be an easy slam dunk for UAL NC to get Delta's profit sharing and DC on top I guess. I'll PDR their union and let them know
I’m not deflecting it’s just that you’re not very good/clear at communicating. You’re trying to ask a question, and be clever and snarky at the same time. It’s not working. “Riddle me this, and handicap that”. What is this golf?

You want a dollar value on what it cost APA in negotiating capital to get PS? If so, I already told you. APA’s position in the past has been that PS isn’t counted towards a contract’s value since profits can’t be assured.

If I’m not answering your question again then we’re completely missing each other. Try asking it again, minus snark and attempted backhanded insults. You can’t do both it seems.

It’s not about “feel better”. I’m only here because hockeypilot and others made a claim that “APA agreement as a whole is short of deltas”. Not true. I bring up amendable date 3% raise, sick sell back, faster vacation accrual, more holiday pay days, 4 hour reassignment window etc (yes we get the same reassignment 150% day one, 200% everything after until we’re back on original trip), and all I hear back is “we get more sick time”.

And if AA goes bankrupt it won’t be because of us. It’ll be because they’re paying Eagle pilots $600-$1200/ hours to fly a 50-76 seat RJ, plus bonuses.

Thank you for the fact check. It’s difficult to have a real and honest comparison discussion when some are willing to just throw out false info to “win” an internet debate.

Who do you believe will be paid more on average between 1/1/23 and the amenable date of your AIP, a Delta pilot or an AA pilot? If you scoff at that question, lets include the first year after your amendable date to give you the 3% raise.

Also, if instead of an 18% DOS raise, delta received a 10% raise, what do you think the value of your AIP would be?
