ALPA and my LEC did more for me than Delta ever did when I lost my child a couple years back… at least Ed sent flowers and an e-signed card.

I'm truly sorry for your loss brother. I can't fathom it, or even understand the thought of losing a child. It would devastate me I can be honest about that.

The last thing you and the family need is your boss sending you some sort of "disciplinary" letter.

This behavior exhibited is borderline psychopathic. I hope that someone up the food chain pulled some people aside and put some boot to az over this. Simply shocking behavior from these people.

I feel really bad for the pilot that got that letter… to lose a parent and child inside a year and then get this from your employer? It makes the unfathomable that much more insane.
