I believe the negotiators and our union are intimately more familiar with what our leverage and the company’s desperation is. They have literally been dedicating their lives to this for months and also have all the polling data. So I’ll trust what they come up with more than some rando’s on the internet.

If the company's answer is "NO" because of FA optics or Ed's personal feelings, on things that we are behind industry standard on, I'm NO on a short term deal, and my motivation to do anything other than the PWA/FOM/FAA required things is going to 0.
I'm not required to answer my phone or pick up premium EVER.
I'm not required to be rested/sober for an IA if they call from some rando number and my dumb behind answers it. And if they jetway IA me, knowing 10 hours "legal rest' isn't realistic to get proper sleep, even if I lived in Ozone Park (neighborhood closest to JFK) especially unexpected, there's a good chance I won't be fit for duty.
Things we LAG the industry (and by that I'm going other legacies and "career destination LCCs like JB and SWA)
-Our DH rules are craptastic. Especially on a RR or a "0xxx" rotation.
-I'm sorry, being able to select a meal isn't rocket science, it's not that hard. It doesn't even cost money (hey board X for CA and FO, Y for RO) . Yeah, I, personally can eat most anything, but there's a lot of us who cannot eat due to allergies, religion or personal choices. I could understand on a RR or a SC you get what the originally scheduled person ordered but I'm sorry. There's no way I should be getting crappy meal choice left after the pax and FAs get their 1st/2nd choices.
-Insurance. Ours is terrible. SWA's "free" option is in many ways better than our top of the line DPMP (in practice, not as written). I have friends at UA, AA, SWA and B6 that are "gray area retirees" (we are retired from reserves, but no health insurance until 60) and they don't fight the insurance over everything like seems to be the norm at Delta.
-IT. I'm not paying/negotiating for company IT, but a lot of this problem is the klunky ass IT, but they try to blame it all on us vs trying to run the company on a dead mainframe language (VAX) running in a virtual machine emulating a 90s mainframe with less power than a good Pentium 2 compluter from almost 30 years ago had.
-Reimbursements. Dry cleaning, uniforms, etc. Why is this even an issue? Yeah $10/trip to dry clean pants isn't the end of the world, but if they are going to harass us over LuluLemons and Kohls pants, then they need to provide actual QUALITY uniforms, and the special care they need. Dry clean only fabrics are 20th century crap that needs to die outside of rarely worn items.
-Employee parking.. Sorry, getting to/from your car shouldn't add 45 minutes to your trip each side. Camp Creek at ATL is a goat rope. Lot 22 at JFK if you come in late at night can be over an hour from curb to car, (supposed to be every 15 min but unreliable after midnight in my experience). At least EWR and LGA are PANYNJ run and go on time all the time. There is a dedicated Delta only bus at LGA, but I think I've seen it come ONCE before the PA bus.
-Payroll Transparency. Lots of talk. No action. Not acceptable the way it runs.
And none of this should be a 'pilot cost' but they will try to claim it's billions.
