My apologies to Herman.

No worries Brother Sink...please allow me to buy the next round. Cheers...H

So 200 x 50-seat RJ's / 3 = 67, or maybe 70 x A321's? I hope they have more powerful engines then current models.

Not bad, plus no special training required since the type is common with the A320/319.

Maybe 172 seats? Plus 2 x jumpseats up front? Sounds good.

If it's the NEO, it would be 185 in 2-class seating with 33,000 lb-thrust engines.

I thought the 717 was the 50-seat replacement. Are these additive?

So as those 200s leave pinnacle 10 of our pilots come to delta per 200 to help you staff those 321s, 717s, and 737-900s right? :)

Don't shoot me as the messenger, but, look for an update/directive on proper uniform wear. Richard likes our uniform including the hat. There will be a process put in writing probably effective in the new year, which will include disciplinary action if you aren't wearing the uniform correctly. So, if you come to work with no hat, a windbreaker instead of the coat, and cowboy boots, plan accordingly. Now, what about fat, old FA's, gate agents in dreadlocks, pierced ears and tattoos?

Hey, That's really nice of you Herman. Boomer appreciates it.

But, it begs the question, why are you having lunch with SD? Are you going to talk Military Channel?

That was included as a focus area on the upcoming standard text line check blitz.

I guess if you get in trouble you could always use Lester Burnham's extortion line to his boss just prior to being downsized.

Does Richard "like" our uniform enough to invest in the pilots? There are about 7/12th of us that have never received an incentive, and BK took away our ability to reimburse vendors slowly. The other 5/12th have been wearing theirs a few years too, and being ultra-productive in theirs also.

I've been waiting for the upgrade to buy a new hat, coat, etc, but can't seem to get over the money hurdle. Luckily, I've been told the 717 is going to be my left seat, so it should be a short while before I can upgrade to new.

Or, assuming we stagnate some more, how about an investment in the product?

Or do we have to shoulder that?

The money issue has been brought up. Also don't expect to see the FA's in blue jeans and pink T-shirts anymore. They are also going to be read the riot act on " appearance", whatever that means.

This I like. I can't believe the people who spend the most time with our customers, flight attendants and gate agents, can dress like absolute slobs on these "casual" wear days.
