I think you're counting the wrong numbers. NBC MIL right? For both A and B? I don't think there's been a monthly increase since Jan-12 but I'll double check.

The reason I bring up the 12-18 is that they have to be re-indoctrinated. So it's just like we were hiring a small class a month.

NBC MIL A+B. The numbers are right there on crew resources. I've watched the numbers closely ever since the excuses started flying for not hiring... they've been very stable in the low 200 range since then.
