Pretty good stuff, deadhead, ftb, iaflyer. I honestly wish I could remember some of the better ones, because they're so telling, in the moment, and yet they are subtle enough to be forgotten.

Another couple that come to mind:
(from a guy you've known 47 seconds)
"If I were you..." (which I suppose means you would become him, and hate yourself, which would also make him hate you, because now he's you, you're him, and you've become an absolute tool),
"Here are a couple techniques that..." (I'm going to require of you),
"I've been on the aircraft a long time, so..." (I'll endorse your logbook, assuming you do well, and pay attention),
"...volunteered to be a LCA..." (and strangely all slots were taken. but then this junior guy...),

Honorable mention - a basket and a foul:
"That doesn't sound right, I don't think we had furloughs?!"

And wrap it up with a game-ending three-point shot:
"...so with the middle break, you see, I can be more rested to help you land."

Meanwhile when two guys find out during the Capt's intro that they both flew heavies in the AF it's:

Capt: "You Ready?"
F/O: "Hell Yeah"
Capt: "Lets go!!"

So true!:D

Yes, but how do they figure out they flew heavies in the Air Force? Do they hug for a very long time, and if it doesn't feel awkward or uncomfortable, then they flew heavies in the Air Force?:)

Usually it becomes apparent when we both reach for the throttles at the same time, have that awkward man touch and then look longingly into each other's eyes.;)

There's a CA in LA. Last time I flew with him I asked "so who ya been flying with?" He answered "a lot of junior guys from Salt Lake."

There's your sign........

Next year it won't be later cuz I'm not using them anymore. Going to get the name of that company other recommended about 90 pages back.

If you haven't gotten yours yet its not too late to cancel it. I canceled mine the other day and used the Pro-Diem one. Got the report back in about 4 hours from Pro-diem.

Not to worry, Delta is sending more flying to Expressjet to pick up the slack. Your contract is about to pay off for the RJ side...always thought this would be a good deal for the RJ.;). Looking better by the month. Thanks again for voting YES on your contract..:D

Um yeah.... I guess block hour ratios are above your comprehension.
