They spend money on planes they're planning on parking so why not spend money on planes that you'll keep on average 10 years? Is the roi on an interior overhaul 20 years or no dice? |

IDK, but you also have to factor in what a 767-300ER can bring in revenue wise vs a DC9-50. There is a huge difference. It may have taken very little to hit the ROI with the DC9s.
