ATLANTA, Feb. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) Board of Directors has set the airline's annual meeting of stockholders for 7:30 a.m. ET, June 27, 2013. The meeting will be held at the offices of Cravath, Swaine and Moore, LLP, 825 Eighth Ave., New York, New York.

Looks like this Friday, hopefully good news will follow.
Makes sense from a stock standpoint seeing as we just posted a decent profit in Q2.

Correct me if I am wrong but if that's the case wasn't that almost a month ago?

From the update:

So if we were to meet the "contractually agreed to" numbers then we would be flying more than our "fair share" of the flying. No wonder DALPA does not seem too concerned about this.

This brings up numerous questions:

If the contractual number is not fair - why did we and/or our partners, and the company agree to them?

If the contractual numbers do not represent our fair share of the flying then what is our fair share?

Why don't they just say the company is not meeting its obligations and we expect them to correct it?

OBTW - Who had the great idea of a 3 year measurement window anyway?

Scoop :confused:

I get the feeling that I'm being shown all the excuses on why the company will not be able to honor its portion of section 1. Almost as though I'm being prepared for bad news, or at the very least to anticipate what can be expected in the near future.

The 3 year window, in addition to the cure period, is basically useless if you ask me. March 2015 bumps up to openers for contract 2016 which undoubtedly be hung over our heads.

Yup, misread the month.

So board of directors meeting has come and gone I guess.

I'm just hoping an announcement for new WB jet order does not come with strings attached. If it doesn't, I'll be happy, even if they say it's just replacement jets. But then if it is replacement jets, it depends on what they're replacing. So I may temper any excitement.

suit = space suit.

No reflection on you, FTB - I realize you didn't direct the movie - but that looks really cheesy and fake. In the world of CGI, it seems they should be able to do better than that. Granted, I've never been to space, but if/when I do, I don't think it would look like that when the shuttle disintegrates into pieces.
