Incorrect. You can not do anything on the one day that you place your APD on. The whole four day trip drops. Free to GS WS etc on the remaining three days. :)

Check,

I agree with you that management could have made this pretty ugly for DALPA. But, I think it's also likely that they acted in their own self interest.

We had a forum full of pilots who almost to a man characterized an upcoming policy to be unsafe -- or, at least less safe than what they had before. Delta watches this forum. Delta knows the increased liability something like that would create if something ever did go wrong. Delta did not want that.

IMO ( <=== Hows that, index? :) ), if that's what happened, Delta made a smart, legal, business decision today.

Good for them and good for us for expressing ourselves. ;)

The writing was on the wall when Carl and Tsquare were on the same page. To make a run on Cemetery Hill was not worth it.

Is it sad that I look at that picture and go "huh.. the railroad configuration through town follows the same pattern today?"

FWIW, love the ADG, but on the augmented crews...

LOA 14
1. Subject to the limitations in Section 12, the following operations may be augmented:
a. Ocean crossing operations.
b. Non-ocean-crossing operations on aircraft specified in Section 16 C. 1. and/or 2.

PWA 16.C.2.
e. on the B-757 aircraft the pilot relief seat will:
1) be a Business Class seat.
2) include a leg rest support that:
a) is adjustable to horizontal,
b) is padded and upholstered,
3) include an adjustable headrest extension
4) include a curtain that will be in compliance with the Joint Recommendations of 19 the B-757 Crew Rest Optimization Team, dated May 2007
Doesn't seem to me that is a 75ER. It's just a 757 with a spongebob and a curtain. Is that right?

Biz class is only installed on the 757ERs.

75As have lie flats but that's a lie flat Business Elite seat. I see them using First Class and Business Class interchangeably and Business Elite is separate. I don't fly them though but the language is unchanged since 2008 and the 75ERs back in 08 weren't lie flats. i remember they didn't even have a spongebob, it was something else used for the footrest but i can't remember if it was the seat or something we put on the floor.

A true lesson in leverage.

In my opinion, if we rejected C2012 we would have had a better deal in 48 hours.

We stood together and killed CDO and got a deal in a matter of hours.

The message is crystal clear, the line pilots will accept not he less than a minimum 20% snap up date signing C2015 in our hourly rates.

No concessions. No reduction in profit sharing. No reduction in sick leave. No concessions.
