There are at least 2 places where that is explained...the bid package and on the crew resources/scheduling page on dal net. I think it is concurrent with PCS.

Thank you. I appreciate it!

Could be wrong, but I think they've already purchased the Surface Tablets. I think the delay is due to programming issues. I've heard many complain that the Pro version is faster and much easier to design programs for. At least that what I've heard from guys who seem to know more about it.

Close. They're leased and have been sitting in a warehouse for months. The good news is every month we're getting a month closer to the end of the lease! Yes,, the Pro version is much, much better.

Can anyone explain when a reserve guy is able to begin submitting requests to move days? I was thinking it was this morning, but no luck.

The 20th at 0700E is when the PCS process begins for the next bid period.

Windows RT is its own operating system. The Pro version uses full on Windows like on your desktop or laptop.

It's part of the PCS process.

Anyone hear why SEA7ER A and B schedules took so long to be published? There are 80+ hour lines for both in open time.

Interesting that Flight Ops decided to move the pilots into a disapproved (by DALPA) hotel in San Diego. I wonder if this is an indication of the future relationship between the pilots and Delta?

The hotel indicates they hope to have done enough renovation by August 6th to gain approval. Seems strange that Flight Ops could not wait another month to move the crews, assuming the hotel gained approval by the DALPA hotel committee .

1 off/12 on/1 off/5 on... 85 hours. Got an AMS trip.. but it's over the 4th.

Oh, and 2 all nighters in there somewhere... which are an avoid bid.

From the Crew Resources and Crew Scheduling page in DeltaNet:

Attention All Pilots
The LAX 7ERA, LAX 7ERB, SEA 7ERA, and SEA 7ERB categories were rerun during the morning of June17th due to some erroneous conflicts causing a pairing in each category to appear unawardable due to WOCL violations. If you reviewed the preliminary awards prior to 1400E on June 17th, you will see that the results have changed. The reports posted on the Crew Resources and Scheduling page and in iCrew reflect the correct awards and are finalized.
