Oh no! Did crew tracking finally realize how many jobs we gave up in contract 2012 and adjust the manning formula. How bad was it, lots of CA displacements?
I know you know this, yet you continue with this obvious straw man. Why is that sailingfun? Carl |
A little change of subject here. I have a trip Aug. 1-4 that I want to drop and get paid for it using payback days. I know how to put it in PCS but, if reserves required are higher that reserves available, I was thinking about using my APD to drop it. The question is: If I use the APD to drop it, how do I then use payback days to get paid for it? Do I have to call scheduling to do it? Okay, that's two questions.
Oh, and WOW, 16 A330 captain positions in Seattle ought to cause some serious movement here...:) Denny |

I think we will see 10%-12%. And there will be no downturn for.years. Your predictions of economic bliss are based on U.S. energy production, right? Not that a production glut would interfere with extraction costs or anything. I think the current run will last until mid-2017, but I could be wrong. The money supply is a mess, but consumer spending is finally crawling back. A lot of what can affect a contract is out of our control. We won't know who is right until the drop happens. I am open to trading profit sharing in C2015, but it has to be a superior ratio of exchange (shown through the costing analysis) than what we got in C2012. The historical precedents are completely different between the two deals. |

Imagine what it would be if we hadn't given up the profit sharing.
