I don't believe that's true with a new category.

Not if he bids into a new category such as SEA73N.

Is there a way to avoid your early month for CQ?

No. When you bid for CQ I think you can request to not go early, but if they have the sim slots, you will go early.

I've went on my early month every CQ except 1. I just figure that is what I will get every time now.

It's already 10200 for the 717. I'm guessing it won't hit new hire but it'll be low

I was hired last Jan and from this Jan seniority list I am 1100 away from most Junior awarded Captain.

My guess is junior Captain on this bid will go more senior than previous AE
