I'll bet there are as many guys flying sick right now because they don't want to deal with the hassle or expense of sick leave verification. The company has a sweetheart deal with the current sick leave. I'd like to see they system changed, and I'm not a big user of sick leave.

Really, it's simple: Don't mix talk of PS in with sec 6. Doing so makes it easier to scr#w the pilot group.

The negotiator who does talk PS and sec 6 in the same deal is the kind of guy who takes the car dealer's offer on how low a monthly payment he can get for that sweet ride he just has to have.

I have a single Res day last day of bid month this month, day off, then a trip. Not apples to apples but still less than the min res days published. And this was awarded, no changes.

New fleet count numbers are out. At the end of 2018 they are projecting 872 mainline airframes. The post merger low was 706 airframes.

751 as of 01JAN15.

For reference, we were at 767 mainline jets at the merger.
