You are correct amigo, Dick Tricke was an old drinking buddy. Some times I get my tale twisted. I stand by Tracy the porn star in such greats as "Hold That Sailor" and "Jail That Male."

Do we get deadhead pay if we drive between airports for a layover? For example, I spent over two hours in the van going between LAX-ONT. Flew into LAX, layover in ONT, flew out of ONT the next day.

“Deadhead” means the surface or air transportation of a pilot between airports at the instruction of the Company.
Exception one: Surface transportation to or from an airport for the sole purpose of lodging is not a deadhead.
I haven't ever been paid it on a SFO-SJC van ride with a layover in between which shows a $25 payment.

I read that and am a bit unsure. I think however it means going to a regular layover hotel. Does your time card say anything?
