Where does the block/credit fall if a trip finishes after midnight but before 0200? Example.. two (three) day trip SEP29-30 with a block-in at 0040 local on Oct 1. Sep29-30 are in the current bid period.. so does all of the block/credit fall into September? Or will 40 mins of block spillover to Oct 1? Or is it computed some other way entirely?

I looked through sections 3 and 12 for answers but didn't find one that was clear. 3-F doesn't seem to address this.
