Yeah, it just seems like the entire 9 fleet is the right airplane for the shuttle. But I guess knowing what I know and knowing what they know, they'd done that by now if it was right. Just seems right in terms of size, so what about noise given its over water and I'm too lazy to look up noise restrictions for either and for every takeoff and landing I think it only counts as .25 cycles for some reason. You can't out cycle a 9 and if we flew the 30s and 40s to 41 years then the 9-50 at a 32 year average age has some years left to run the shuttle.

They don't like us (the 9) in NYC. They like all their radar blips to be in orderly lines apparently.....

FtB;
The staffing that is NYC on the 88 will do the uptick from the slot swap.

I really like those pictures of that "new" Fokker 100. Seems like a sweet jet.

Seems to me like the -30 would be a perfect fit for the shuttle. I say keep em!

It's not that the 9 doesnt follow an orderly line.... it's hunting for it's next target. Gotta take it by surprise from 3-4 miles left or right of center. :)

Personal drop question

What is the difference between a 'personal drop' and an 'authorized personal drop'? Thanks.

For an authorized pd, the multiplier is lower....ie alot easier to get approval.

When they (ATC) start to complain about us being 1/2 mile off course or start in with the "Turn back 5 right to join the airway BS", I just ask them if they want to fly the next leg. That usually does the trick.

[quote=forgot to bid;777610]Dear Lord.... yeap, that describes it. Now if you could only make that into a flight kit sticker you'd make a fortune.

Is it just me, or was that Rosey O'Donnell getting her her eyebrows combed? :eek:
