Maybe Texas will revive the SWC. Heck I'd even give back Ark if they wanted them. We (SEC) can add the other two Florida teams as well as VT.

ARK can go, but if we add A&M we might as well keep them. VTech, FL and MIA would be good additions plus maybe A&M but CLL is very far from most of the SEC teams and I don't know how large A&M's market is but when I lived in IAH it wasn't that big.

Our MEC should push hard to get the Spirit pilots preferential interviews. These guys are about to strike to try and raise the bottom and improve every other pilot groups' negotiating position. When they strike tonight, they might not have a job to come back to.

I'm having some difficulty finding information on the pass travel page or on the travelnet page that shows information regarding non-rev priority. Can someone point me in the right direction? Seems they used to have a "help" link that listed it all, but I don't see it any longer.

Second query is this: when I list for a flight the standby list/non-rev list both show me behind individuals (and their family members) who while having an early seniority date ("priority date"), have either "OH" or "DS" listed under carrier, not "DL". What's "OH" and "DS"? Are these non-Delta employees and does the list just not show correctly by putting me behind them?

For all the information provided on the Pass Travel page it's lacking when it comes to making it easy to get these questions answered.

They are listed DOH on the standby list and then slotted by priority on the removal list. They denote what status they are by the carrier.

Look in the policy section of travelnet. If it is not there, do a word search in dalnet.

Its the "Pass Policy" link at the top right when in TravelNet.

OH is Comair I think and DS not sure - not a regional, maybe Delta Ground Servics, but that's a guess. DS (and RS) does board behind us, as a S3C I think.

The "Non-rev standby list "has three groupings, Active Employees from any airline/company that has pass privils. with Delta. Second group is Retirees/Parents. Third is Buddy Pass riders. Within each group, it's sorted by DOH.

It's not until people check-in at the airport, and they show up on the "Airpot Standby list" that everyone is sorted by boarding priority.

Until people are checked in they are lined up by straight seniority - this does not relate to boarding priority. The computer does not know if you will list with a S-2 or a S-3. When you (and the OH/DS people) check in it will sort out the actual boarding priority order. I believe unless they are DL they cannot be higher than an S-3C (or maybe an S-3B) point is, that you will be put ahead of them.
I don't have Travel Net open right now but when you look at the Non-rev list there is a link on the bottom of the page (possibly removal list) that will show you the actual priority of the people who have checked in - its normally blank until a few hours prior to the flight. There are also hyper-links that list HK/S2 etc. If you click on one of these hyperlinks it will take you to the boarding priority list that has everything from positive space to buddy passes.

Under DLnet choose the Employee info dropdown, then employee connection. From the list on the left choose Travel and then on that page choose Delta Connection. There is a generic board priority on the main page and then each Connection Carrier has its own specific set of rules. Generally, on the wholly owned carriers we use S3 but on Skywest and ASA, we're S3c. YMMV
