Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Really?? How much control over the FPS system do ANY of us have? How much control over the throttles do ALL of US have? Do what YOU can where YOU can and don't worry about the rest of it... hopefully those that DO have control are as interested as you and I are in saving money and will do the right thing. It takes time to change some of those things. SE taxi and proper APU useage can be done with the next pushback.

T, we do not have control over FPS, but I do think we should and can have lots of input concerning FPS and AWABS. We now know there are different ways to accopmlish our task, some much more efficent. I appreciate the SE taxi and the APU off mantra, but I also expect the other parts to do their job. FCRs and ASAPs are great vehicles for change.

Section 3 of the pilot working agreement covers Compensation. That is a 4% raise across the board...

1st year FO goes to 56.33 across the board. You have to complete OE before you convert to flight pay if you are a newhire. Then on the 2nd year for example the MD88 FO pays 78.14 per hour...

I thought they were 90 qualifying ALL NYC M88 pilots? Wouldn't that make the reserve guarantee based on 90 pay?

I'm thinking of moving back to the West Coast. Would someone be kind enough to give me a breakdown of the equipment in LAX and SEA so I can check my relative seniority?

You can do it yourself on DeltaNet..

Go under Bids then Advance Entitlement and put in whatever category you are interested in. It will come back with exactly where you stand. Caveat: I have no idea whether training is taken into account, but my gut reaction is that it does not.

In addition to what T said, you can also go into the category lists, pull up LAX and SEA, and take a gander there.
