SWA to DAL pay per hour is apples to oranges. Tired of hearing we want their payrate + 1%.
Take their trip rigs, non-pbs bidding, vacation, and trip density(no 3 hour productivity sits) and even if our rates were the same, your W2 at the end of the year would be 40% less. My buddy just had a week of SWA vac that paid 58 hours(touching trips). 3 day trips pay what our 4 days do. etc, etc.
If you want the money they are making you need a lot more than just their payrates + 1%.....just so you know.

By the way, saw the greatest picture today from a FA, a passenger (not on my flight) who was sitting in a seat with a life jacket on. She thought he had opened one of ours and inflated it. He said no, its his own. He just wanted to be ready, ever since the UsAir in the Hudson river incident. I asked, they were flying somewhere that didn't approach a body of water of any type. As long as the guy isn't nuts, I think its funny.
I can't imagine what the person next to him must have been thinking when he started pulling his live vest out.

Never mind, I see the offensive post is gone. Bye, Nancy!
