BigGuns,

Sorry for the outburst & conclusion jumping. :o

I thought outbursts and conclusion jumping was what these forums were all about. :)

If you use Firefox, download iCrewMax. Your schedule in iCrew will then have a button where you can download it into the Google calendar.

I use it all the time on my iPhone. Only thing I don't like, is that the phone numbers (ie hotels and van services) won't direct dial. I'm sure that is a future fix, but...........

Hey guys this is probably completely far fetched considering the scheduling software is older than me, but is there anyway to export a schedule to a computer so that I can then import into google calendar? Just got an Android phone (finally!) and wish there was an easy way to put my schedule in without having to do it manually.

Try using Firefox with the iCrewmax add on.

Or

you could set up a free TripIt account and send all of your rotations to [email protected].
Tripit will build you an online itiniary and lets you sync that with a calendar.
No need to pay the $49 for TripIt Pro.

Even better
Get Flighttrack Pro app ($10 one time purchase) and get flight updates and notifications on your android phone.

I have the iPhone version and it rocks, especially for commuting.

YMMV

Cheers
George

Hey I did a search and found the icrewmax. That works great! downloaded it and then imported it to google calendar. I think I will start a new thread on apps because it would be cool to have them all in one place.

You can also take the .ics calender, mail it to yourself, open it on your i-phone and then accept all of it. There it is on your phone, with no sync required.

Don't forget to check and recheck your standing qualifier preferences on iCrew when trying for a green slip- I don't know how it happened, but an old preference that I used to use for yellow slips (no sign in prior to noon) popped up on mine and costed me around 1100 dollars today.

Needless to say when I signed in and saw someone got a GS #2 and I hadn't gotten my first, I looked like this:

Looks like the paparazzi caught Newk walking out of the simulator:
