On a serious note, I'm really out to lunch on the manual reorganization. Do we use new tabs now or wait till next Jepps issue and see the Log pages? The Jepps instruction doesn't seem to match the memo (IMO).

We did ours on the last trip. The "B" did his in the usual place but I had to spread mine out on a desk in the hotel. The directions don't begin to make sense until you're about halfway finished. BTW, apparently you're supposed to do the revision first since the log pages will make NO sense if you do the reorganization first.

The word is adequately staffed. That means green slips every day. ALV is still going to be at or above 80 according to the guys in crew planning.

Yeah I did the revision then was trying to do the tabs and got real confused and looked like I was going to have "stuff" left over, so I just put it all back in per the log pages. I'll just wait till next revision and follow the new log pages......I hate revisions under the best of situations.

That and I was sitting at the pool with a bunch of SFO FAs, trying to explain why they were getting so many bell dings. They didn't seem to know the green light was going away, so they are snowed under with memos too I guess.

You do a check and run a checklist to confirm the items down on the check. :)

As for the lights, ..... Most CA's just get used to turning them off after saying 29.92 crosscheck. A good FO learns to look up. ;)
