Can you change your X or * days after they've been awarded?
I have a weekend off, and I'd like to work it now and move those days off to a Monday an Tuesday. I however and not sure how to do that. |

The last CA I flew with, who had DPA crew tags prominently displayed on his bags, said we are lucky if we get 5% up front, and 4% over the life of the contract. Hearing him say that made me vurp. I would share his other thoughts, but I think he might be on this forum so I will keep my mouth shut. However, his expectations and mine were vastly different.

How much do you think it costs them, in resources and time, to process all of those employees non-reving?
When many were hired this was a benefit of coming to this airline...free travel privileges, now they charge us for a benefit they offered us as "employment collateral". |

What they do not charge us is the taxes and airport facilities fees from each flight taken. They absorb that. They also absorb the tax hit for it being a benefit that can be hit against your income, just like a company provided car.
50 bucks irks me to, but the fact is that they could really nickel and dime us on more than just the annual fee and the customs taxes. Personally, I want nonrev benefits codified in our PWA so that they cannot change them on a whim; fees, allotments etc. The only thing DAL gives us is the ability to ride in open seats that no one else bought....and a free meal and drinks if on the chance you get Biz/First. |

I'd like to see a tiered plan: $0 for pilot benefits to be active $50 for PPR access for all pass riders $250 all that plus annual confirmed RT flight passes for all PPR riders $500 two confirmed RT flight passes for all PPR riders Same concept of "one great team" upgradable RT flight passes for every PPR#, but available every year. My only point is that there's some cost involved.

In fact the current non rev benefit is much better then what we once had which was 15 dollars per segment for every flight if you had less then 10 years with the company. The company once made a unilateral change in pass benefits. DALPA filed and won a grievance. The company sent me a nice 3000 dollar check for the increase in my previous year non rev fees. 50 is a bargan compared to those days. |

Funny, I have taxes and fees payroll deducted every time I take a flight! Maybe I'm wrong bu those are the same taxes and fees any rev pax would pay. Example a round trip ATL-CUN for me and Misus is $123.46
