So for domestic scope we get: Improve balance of flying between Delta and DCI

Nothing about Alaskan or even really reducing the number of permitted a/c.

Overall not bad IMO but if the scope language is as weak as the opener sounds I know what my vote will be.

i see nothing about fixing reserves getting less credit for same trip as line holders...

adding some scope protections but not near enough...

some good stuff and some ridiculous stuff, alot was left to be desired.....
