You never have to answer the phone. Ever ever ever.

You are obligated to acknowledge either by phone or on the computer at certain times. :) Short call is one of them, and long call within a reasonable time period is another. They tend to call back if you don't. You don't have to answer then, either. Ever ever ever.

There are only two numbers that they will call you from when you are on sc and they need you. I'll look at my phone and send them to ya. Just program those in to your phone.
