So say the first 3 classes have 50 in each and they are all full of furlough by-pass guys then the next 8 class are 20 each (yes that is 310). What would the break down of a class of 20 look like? With flows?

Are the flows fixed numbers per class or are they a percentage of the class size? I can't remember.

That's what I was afraid of. So in theory there maybe no off the steet hiring with the flows. I will have to break the news to my military friends waiting for hiring.

Compass gets the first 20 spots per month, with XJ getting the next 9 spots, and then the 9E ssp after that. So if Delta were only hiring 20 per month, they would all be Compass. This is until we hit our rolling yearly max of about 110 pilots. There are about 310 Compass flow pilots remaining. I believe there are less than 100 XJ flow pilots remaining.

Feb- 20 compass flows
Mar- 20 compass flows
Apr- 20 compass flows
May- 20 compass flows
Jun- 20 compass flows
Jul- 10 compass flows, 9 Mesaba flows, 1 Pinnacle
Aug- 9 Mesaba flows, ? Pinnacle , ? off the street
Feb- 9 Mesaba flows, 1 Pinnacle

I bet they still take mil off the streets since Delta likes mil guys. I got hired without knowing a single person at Delta.
