You lost me. Are we taking pay cuts now?

The 2004 rate plus inflation for the 7ER is above $330/hr so the 777 rate must be close to $400/hr.

I care about every pilot.

The happiest day in my career was the day the Delta pilots eliminated probation pay. That is how you do business!! Selfless and visionary.

Thank you all for that day!

Let's win together.

Jerry

Can anybody else corroborate?
I have not heard that, but it is right where we will end up at the end of the deal. 2018.

It will include longer freezes and we will fund the increases with reduced profit sharing.

On the surface it may seem good, but it will be a repeat of C2012.

If it is 2004 rates date of signing without concessions, that is a horse of a different color.

He indeed does. It's ironic that he and others want the payrates/contract of fDAL but not the mindset/culture/MEC that got those rates......

Maybe you and I have a different recollection of history here. I think he would like the mindset/culture/MEC that got C2K. But NOT the mindset/culture/MEC that got us to where we are today. Completely different animals.

In 2004, I made 237/hour on the 73NG/A. In 2014, I make 210/hour on the 73NG/A. I am now the same percentage in category today as I was in 2004.

Forget inflation in the calculation for a moment. I still need a 13% increase to get back to that point. This isn't including work rule give backs, loss of pension or lack of progression due to merger and age 65.

We are no where near restored. We have a ways to go.

Now you can include inflation in your calculation.

No one is getting displaced.

You do not begin to understand the waterfall. The training pipeline is full. The sims are full.

Running the reverse waterfall off the 747 would create hundreds of additional initial training events.

Why do you think Steve wants to talk to the association?
